Tailor made Attendance

As all of our attendees’ needs and wishes are different, we offer them a tailor made attendance to our conference. By giving our members the choice between three different formulas (Business, Premium and Deluxe), we are able to meet everybody’s budget and schedule.

One-2-one App Scheduler

In order to enable its members to make the most out of the conference, Alfa developed a special Alfa Conference App. More specifically, the app enables attendees to access and manage their own individual conference schedule at any time and place.

Drinks & Dinner

In order to enhance the family atmosphere, our conference includes a welcome and farewell drink as well as a dinner on a special location. This gives our attendees the opportunity to get aquainted with their fellow Alfa family members in a relaxed setting.

Group Tours

For some of our dedicated participants, a 4-day conference just is not enough. That is why we organize an optional pre-tour for those arriving early, as well a post-tour, which is also included in our Deluxe Conference formula.
